Graphic: US States that could supply their own energy needs

Posted by: David Koontz  4 months ago

Here's a nice graphic of the US and the states that could supply their own electricity needs.

I wonder what is up with WV - at only 24%?

I saw an article where Denmark was producing 15% of their electricity via wind/renewables currently - they took note back in the 1970s energy crunch.

This article believes the system is flawed.  Notes that the Danes pay 0.38 per KWh (compare to 0.08 in US).
